  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order is confirmed, it goes through a thorough quality check and is then prepared for shipment.


2. Shipping Times

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as courier delays or customs clearance.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping option chosen.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.


4. Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.


6. Delivery Issues

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos/videos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.


7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery under these conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
