All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is confirmed, it goes through a thorough quality check and is then prepared for shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos/videos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.

We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery under these conditions:

The product must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
